Founded in 1976, David Boland, Inc. is a general contractor, specializing in the construction of Federal Government projects nationwide. Projects include, but are not limited to healthcare, high-tech laboratory, aerospace and special military training facilities in the $10 million to $35 million dollar range.

We have several immediate openings for the Pueblo Pintado community school project for the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, in New Mexico.

Project Manager: responsible for all field operations, including administration of construction activities, providing leadership and making day-to-day decisions required to ensure a successful, safe and timely project delivery and completion. Successful candidate shall possess five years of hands-on experience managing projects in the $5 to $35 million dollar range or eight to ten years as a Field Project Manager. BS in construction-related discipline preferred.

Superintendent: direct activities at the construction site in accordance with pre-established policies, project schedules, budgets, drawings, specifications, and procedures.

Project Engineer: assist with all aspects of on-site management of the construction project. BS in an engineering field preferred along with five years experience in a similar position on similar size and type of projects.

Industry experience:
•Federal contracting experience a plus
